Beginning/Mid-Week Assessment
Let's Assess and Adjust!
Here we go again, it’s that time.
Use this time to establish a routine of reflecting earlier rather than later in the week to make the necessary adjustments to keep winning.
If you want to continue to go after your goals and achieve them, you’re going to have to be intentional about it.
One way of being intentional about your growth is by reflecting often and making adjustments.
Take the time to answer these questions and don’t be afraid to add additional questions as you see fit:
1) How has my mindset been this week? Why did I answer this question the way I did?
2) What’s been going well this week?
3) What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?
4) Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?
I hope you’re taking action and getting after your goals.
Reflect and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.
If you haven’t started yet, take action today in the face of your fear and self-doubt.
You’re much more capable than you know.
