Take the Time to Reflect and Adjust

You know what time it is; it’s time to reflect and make adjustments where necessary.

It’s better to reflect earlier in the week so you have plenty of time to stay on track to hit your goals.

Take the time to answer these questions and don’t be afraid to add additional questions as you see fit:

1) How has my mindset been this week? Why did I answer this question the way I did?

2) What’s been going well this week?

3) What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?

4) Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?

Remember, take the time to reflect so you can see what’s working and what’s not working.

Celebrate your small wins daily and use mistakes for opportunities to learn and improve.

Stay positive and take action!
