Mid-Week Assessment

It's That Time Again - Let's Assess and Improve

I know you’re thinking, “The week just started, why am I going to do a mid-week assessment already?”

My answer to you is, why not?

Best to do this a little early to give you more time to get back on track if your off track and start crushing the rest of the week.

Anyway, let’s get after it!

It’s time to make adjustments where necessary to finish out the week strong.

It’s important to spend time reflecting on a regular basis.

After all, if we don’t reflect, how do we know if we’re on the right path?

Take the time to answer these questions every week:

1) How has my mindset been this week? Why did I answer this question the way I did?

2) What’s been going well this week?

3) What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?

4) Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?

These don’t have to be the questions you choose to answer, but I think these will give you a great start.

The point is to stop and reflect on how your week has been to this point.

You still have the second part of the week to get back on track or recognize what’s been working well for you and double down on it.

Stay positive and take action!
