Mid-Week Motivation

Find Your Courage

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow.’ – Mary Anne Radmacher, American author and artist

You can’t lose if you don’t quit.

It doesn’t matter how bad your day went, how many setbacks you encountered, or how bad you missed the mark.

You only fail when you fail to show up.

You’re going to have setbacks or bad days; however, these are learning experiences.

We need these experiences to learn and improve.

Reframe them as such and get your ass up and get back at it!

Mid-Week Assessment

I want to start including this reminder to conduct a mid-week assessment into the Mid-Week Motivation Article.

I think it’s so important to spend time reflecting on a regular basis.

After all, if we don’t reflect, how do we know if we’re on the right path?

Take the time to answer these questions every Wednesday:

  1. How has my mindset been this week?

  2. What’s been going well this week?

  3. What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?

  4. Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?

These don’t have to be the questions you choose to answer, but I think these will give you a great start.

The point is to stop and reflect on how your week has been to this point.

You still have the second part of the week to get back on track or recognize what’s been working well for you and double down on it.

Stay positive and take action!

Thank you so much for your support! I appreciate it!
