Breaking the Cycle

Breaking the cycle is one of the hardest things to do.

The truth is there’s a cycle for everything.

  • Our daily routines.

  • Our habits.

  • Our self-talk.

All of these combine into patterns that shape the life we live.

How Cycles Begin

Every cycle has a starting point, a catalyst.

It doesn’t always have to be a major life event, but often it is.

Something big enough shifts us, and from there, a cycle begins.

Why Cycles Strengthen Over Time

The longer a cycle continues, the stronger it becomes.

It’s like a tornado:

  • At first, just swirling clouds.

  • But over time, it grows into a powerful funnel.

  • Eventually, it feels unstoppable.

That’s how cycles gain force in our lives.

The more we repeat them, the more natural and comfortable they feel, and the less aware we are that we’re even stuck in one.

The Challenge of Multiple Cycles

Breaking a cycle is difficult enough on its own.

But most of us aren’t dealing with just one.

We often face multiple overlapping cycles, habits, thought patterns, and behaviors that make the process even more complex.

Final Thought

Cycles can feel overwhelming and unbreakable.

But awareness is the first step.

When you can see the cycle, you can start to work on breaking it.

Stay positive and take action!
