Many of you reading this are going through a challenging time right now. Life never stops to allow us to catch up. It can feel like it’s kicking us while we’re down sometimes.
This is a reminder to slow down. If you’re feeling out of sorts this morning, take a moment to focus on you breath and slowing things down.
A deep inhale followed by a slow, long exhale is our body’s biological reset.
You don’t have to have it all figured out right now, just work on breathing and regulating your nervous system.
Bring your mind back to the present.
Pay attention to your thoughts.
You’re much stronger than you think.
You’ve got this today, one step at a time.
Remember, healing and personal growth are a journey, a life long journey.
It’s about showing up for yourself every day with compassion.
You deserve to heal.
