How Are Those Excuses Working For You?

I used to make excuses for everything.

I made excuses for everything, and it got me nowhere.

Excuses will rob you of fulfilling your purpose.

Excuses will rob you of happiness and joy.

They feel good in the moment because they got you out of doing something you didn’t want to do, or they justified why you didn’t …… (fill in the blank).

They feel good in the moment, but they’re stealing from you.

They slowly erode your goals and dreams.

If you’re not careful, you’re going to wake up one day full of regrets.

You may wake up one day and not have enough time left to do anything about those regrets.

I urge you today to identify your priorities, goals, and actions, and start focusing on them.

I urge you today to stop making excuses and start getting after it.

Yes, you may have experienced a traumatic event, so did I.

However, it’s up to you to do something about it now.

I don’t want you to waste as much time as I did struggling with my trauma.

Stop making excuses today and start making progress.
