Start the Morning Right

The day can be won or lost in the morning. This doesn’t mean you must have some two-hour morning routine in order to win the morning.
No, it can be very simple. I start every morning with gratitude. The first thing I think about before I get out of bed is what I’m thankful for.
It doesn’t have to be a long list, but just starting out the morning being thankful is a great way to start. Try it tomorrow morning.
Before you get out of bed, lay there and think of three things you’re grateful for. Close your eyes while you’re doing it and visualize it as well.
If you want to make your day start off even better, throw in a positive affirmation for the day. It can be about something coming up that day, or just a positive affirmation that reinforces who you’re becoming.
Do this every morning and you’ll start your days off on the right foot.
Stay positive and take action!
