Don’t forget how far you’ve come.

You might be having a bad day—but don’t forget what you’ve already overcome.
Even on the hard days, there’s always something that went well.
Something you did right.
Something worth acknowledging.

You just have to pause and look for it.

It’s so easy to get caught up in what’s going wrong.
To focus on the pain, the missteps, the things that didn’t go as planned.
But that’s not the whole picture.

Train your mind to look for the good.
Don’t meditate on the bad.

This mindset shift won’t happen overnight.
It takes time. It takes reps.
But it’s possible—and it’s powerful.

Especially when you’re healing from trauma, this practice can make all the difference.

So today, even if it feels like everything went wrong, stop and ask yourself:
What went right?
Find it. Acknowledge it.
Hold onto it.

Because you’ve come so far—and you’re still moving forward.

Stay positive and take action!
