"Everything negative - pressure, challenges - are all an opportunity for me to rise." - Kobe Bryant

How do you view unexpected challenges in your life?
Do you view them as an inconvenience and then go to a victim mindset?
Do you view them as opportunities to get stronger and grow?
Are you somewhere in between?
Our perspective often shapes our reality.
We have opportunities every day to face challenges or crumble to challenges.
We are much more capable than we think, and we must have challenges in life if we want to grow.
We do not experience personal growth by staying in our comfort zones.
We experience personal growth by intentionally challenging ourselves or facing unexpected challenges with a good attitude.
It’s time to start changing your perspective when it comes to challenges or bad days.
You may not know how you’re going to get through something but believe that you’ll figure it out if you show up.
If you don’t show up and continue to hide when faced with challenges, you’ll never get to experience how strong you are.
Life is going to continue to throw challenges at you, it’s time to step up and face them with courage.
You are much stronger than you think.
Your fear and self-doubt will not go away, but you’re going to have to learn to take action in the face of your fear and self-doubt.
Stay positive and take action!
