These are the truths you get to claim:

  • I am healing.

  • I have a purpose.

  • I deserve to set boundaries.

  • I am worthy of healing.

These are not affirmations you hope are true—they are true.

Where to Place Your Focus This Week

Let these truths guide your thoughts and choices.
Pay attention to who and what supports your healing—and who doesn’t.

Be cautious around people who:

  • Undermine your growth

  • Question your boundaries

  • Don’t support who you’re becoming

Healing is hard enough on its own.
It doesn’t need added weight, confusion, or resistance.

Protect your healing.

Stay positive and take action!
