Mid-Week Motivation
Control What YOU Can Control

If you’re struggling this week, YOU have the power to change that.
Only YOU can decide to change your life.
Nobody else can do it for you and nobody else can help you if YOU don’t want to change.
I know this from many years of experience.
I didn’t want to change.
I wanted to stay miserable in my comfort zone and avoid all of my problems.
Recognize that YOU have the power to change your life today.
Once I made the decision to change mine, everything changed.
Make the decision today to take one step in a different direction.
Take one action today that will start the change.
Only YOU have the power to make this happen.
Mid-Week Assessment
I want to start including this reminder to conduct a mid-week assessment into the Mid-Week Motivation Article.
I think it’s so important to spend time reflecting on a regular basis.
After all, if we don’t reflect, how do we know if we’re on the right path?
Take the time to answer these questions every Wednesday:
1) How has my mindset been this week?
2) What’s been going well this week?
3) What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?
4) Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?
These don’t have to be the questions you choose to answer, but I think these will give you a great start.
The point is to stop and reflect on how your week has been to this point.
You still have the second part of the week to get back on track or recognize what’s been working well for you and double down on it.
Stay positive and take action!
