Mid-Week Assessment

You may not be where you want to be right now.

You may have made a lot of bad decision in the past.

However, stop making excuses and get out there and start over.

Start today.

Take one small step towards your dream.

As long as you have air in your lungs, you have an opportunity to start over.

Mid-Week Assessment

I want to start including this reminder to conduct a mid-week assessment into the Mid-Week Motivation Article.

I think it’s so important to spend time reflecting on a regular basis.

After all, if we don’t reflect, how do we know if we’re on the right path?

Take the time to answer these questions every Wednesday:

  1. How has my mindset been this week?

  2. What’s been going well this week?

  3. What do I need to improve for the rest of the week?

  4. Am I taking the right actions to move me closer to my goals?

These don’t have to be the questions you choose to answer, but I think these will give you a great start.

The point is to stop and reflect on how your week has been to this point.

You still have the second part of the week to get back on track or recognize what’s been working well for you and double down on it.

Stay positive and take action!
