Pay Attention to Your Habits

If you want to change the direction of your life, it starts with observing your habits.

If you have bad habits, they are going to affect the quality of your life.

If you have good habits, they are going to affect the quality of your life.

Take inventory of your habits and make a list of those habits you wish to change and make a list of those habits you wish to start.

Start out small by swapping a bad habit with a good habit.

If you don’t want to do that, then pick a good habit, a small one, and start doing it every day.

What happens when you start building some good habits in your life is that you don’t want to keep the bad ones around anymore because they’re dragging you down.

Your habits matter.
