One Bad Day Does Not Define You

Don’t let one bad day ruin the person you’re becoming.

It’s important when we have a setback that we get back on track as soon as possible.

Setbacks or bad days are going to happen.

It’s going to be a part of the journey.

When you choose personal growth, when you choose to build a new identity, you’re going to have to fight for it and bad days are going to happen.

When this happens, it’s important to contain it and get back on track as soon as possible.

Don’t spend time beating yourself up over it and thinking you're a failure.

If you do this, the bad day will turn into a bad week, month, year, etc.

Get back up and keep going.

Remember why you started in the first place.

Refer to your vision, the vision of who you want to become; how you want to feel, act, think, etc.

Take a look at how far you’ve come already and remind yourself that you’re only getting started.

Setbacks and bad days are part of the process, but they don’t have to derail you.

Take a deep breath and keep showing up when they happen.

Whatever you do, don’t give up and don’t be hard on yourself.

Have compassion for yourself and focus on who you’re becoming.

Stay positive and take action!
