It’s Your Time

Today’s your day, and now’s the perfect time.

You’re never going to feel ready.

You keep putting it off until you’re ready, it’s never going to happen.

That same fear and self-doubt you feel now is going to be there a year from now.

The only way to start to quiet that fear and self-doubt is to take the first step and do the thing you’ve been wanting to do.

Time will never stop.

You can’t get it back.

You get one shot; make today the day you start.

I’m thankful every day that I started my healing journey.

Do I wish I would have started sooner? Yes.

However, I’m blessed I started and I’m going all-in with the time I have left.

You can do the same.

Reflection Questions

1) What’s something you’ve been wanting to do for a while, but have been letting fear and self-doubt prevent you from taking action?

2) What’s one action you can take today / this week to take that first step towards your goal?

3) What would it feel like after taking that first step? What would it look like to be successful with taking that first step?
