Mid-Week Motivation + Self-Awareness Tool

Are you aware of how you spend your time?
Do you spend it on the things that are most important to you?
Do you know what’s most important to you?
If it’s one thing we never get back, can never earn more of, it’s time.
Yes, it sounds cliche, but it’s still truth.
How we spend our time dictates our current state.
If we’re constantly distracted, we’re not going to accomplish our goals.
We constantly put things off until tomorrow, and then we run out of tomorrow’s.
Think about getting to the end of your life and having a pile of regrets for things you never tried.
Not for things that you failed at, but for things you’ve never tried.
I think about this a lot, and that’s why I’m focused more than ever on making most of the time I have left.
We don’t know how much more time we have left.
We take tomorrow for granted, but what if tomorrow doesn’t come.
Be thankful every morning you wake up, and don’t waste another day!
Time Audit
Purpose: To help you gain awareness of how you’re currently using your time, so you can better align it with your priorities and goals.
Step 1: Divide Your Day into 3 Buckets
Intentional Time: Time spent on purpose-driven activities (goals, growth, values, health)
Necessary Time: Basic responsibilities (work, cooking, parenting, errands)
Drift Time: Mindless scrolling, distractions, procrastination, or things that drain energy
Step 2: Reflect
Journal on the prompts below:
How much time are you spending in each bucket daily?
Where can you shift time from Drift to Intentional?
What does Intentional Time look like for you?
Step 3: Set One Focus Goal
Based on the audit, choose one intentional habit to build this week (e.g., 30 min of reading, focused work block, morning routine).
Stay positive and take action!
