“The most effective way to do it, is to do it.” - Unknown
Yep, this is as simple as it gets, but it’s packed with truth.
There’s no perfect time to start anything.
You’re never going to feel ready; you have everything you need.
The only thing to do is take that first step.
What have you’ve been putting off this week? Month? Year?
Take that first step today.
I promise, it won’t be as bad as you think.
You’ll feel much better than you think.
And you’re going to start something big, momentum.
Self-Improvement Tool: Wins Journal
I encourage you to start keeping a “Wins Journal.”
It can be in a notebook or if you’re like me, I use my notes app on my Iphone.
It’s very simple, every time you have a win, small or big, you log it into your “Wins Journal.”
When you’re having a bad day, doubting yourself, or feel defeated, pull out that “Wins Journal” and remind yourself of all the wins you’ve accumulated.
This will be a great reminder of what you’re capable of achieving and give you that motivation to keep going.
Stay positive and take action!
