Mid-Week Reflection

It’s that time, it’s not quite the middle of the week, but still a good time to reflect on the week and make adjustments where necessary.

Alright, if you didn’t set any goals for this week then now’s the time to do it.

If you did set goals, then maybe you need to adjust or reflect on your mindset so far.

1) How was my mindset last week and how has it been this week so far? Why did you answer the question the way you did?

2) What went well last week and what’s been going well so far this week?

3) Did the actions I took last week / so far this week, move me closer to my goals?

4) What were some valuable lessons I learned last week / so far this week?

Take the time daily to recognize your wins, every single one of them.

Use those wins to build momentum.
