Happy Thursday!

Another Thursday already!

Have you’ve made the progress you’ve wanted to make?

If not, what are you going to do about it?

Now’s the time to assess and get after it.

There are 12 Thursdays left in 2025 and it’s time to reflect!

This year is flying by!

We must reflect in order to know what works, what doesn’t, what we must do, etc.

Remember, your personal growth must be intentional, and reflection play a key role in this.

Also, if you’re not where you want to be at this point in the year, don’t beat yourself up, start getting after it. Take one step to get you going in the right direction.

Take the time to reflect on the following questions:

1) What went well this week, and what can you celebrate?

2) What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them?

3) How aligned were your actions and choices with your long-term goals or values?

4) What is something new you tried or explored this week?

5) What mindset or attitude did you carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder you?

Let’s get after the rest of the week!
