Mid-Week Reflection
Building the Habit

I contemplate a lot whether I should keep writing the Mid-Week Reflection.
Part of me things that you’ll keep seeing it over and over again and it will lose its importance.
However, I continue to write it because I want to help you establish a reflection routine that will help you continue on your personal growth journey.
This is why I continue to write it.
My hope is that you use this weekly newsletter as a reminder to spend some time in reflection.
With that being said, here’s this week’s reflection questions:
1) What went well this week, and what can I celebrate?
2) What challenges did I face, and how did I handle them?
3) How aligned were my actions and choices with my long-term goals or values?
4) What is something new I tried or explored this week?
5) What mindset or attitude did I carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder me?
Take the time to meditate and answer these questions.
It may take a couple of days to answer them.
Help these questions make you more self-aware during the week.
Stay positive and take action!
Thank you for your support!
