Mid-Week Reflection

If you want to change, it must be intentional.
You’re going to have a vision of who you want to become and start taking steps to make that vision a reality.
You must have that vision of who you want to become in your mind and align every choice and action with that new identity.
One way of making sure you’re on the right track is by consistent reflection.
Reflection allows you to take a minute and think about your day, week, month, year to date, and check in to see if you’re on the right track.
I encourage not to ignore this newsletter and blow this off, establish a routine of reflection will go a long way with becoming a better version of you.
With that being said, here’s this week’s reflection questions:
1) What went well this week, and what can I celebrate?
2) What challenges did I face, and how did I handle them?
3) How aligned were my actions and choices with my long-term goals or values?
4) What is something new I tried or explored this week?
5) What mindset or attitude did I carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder me?
Take the time to meditate and answer these questions.
It may take a couple of days to answer them.
Help these questions make you more self-aware during the week.
Stay positive and take action!
