Mid-Week Reflection

It’s Thursday morning again and it’s time to reflect on the week so far.

Don’t just shrug this off, it’s important to take the time to reflect on a regular basis.

It’s easy to sit down, not know what to write or how to answer these questions and move on.

However, reflection allows you to adjust and continue growing when you take the time to do it.

Remember, your personal growth must be intentional, and reflection play a key role in this.

Take the time to reflect on the following questions:

1) What went well this week, and what can I celebrate?

2) What challenges did I face, and how did I handle them?

3) How aligned were my actions and choices with my long-term goals or values?

4) What is something new I tried or explored this week?

5) What mindset or attitude did I carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder me?

Let’s get after the rest of the week!
