Mid-Week Reflection

Here we are again; it’s Thursday and time to reflect on the week so far.
For those of you that haven’t seen this issue yet, it’s the same every week.
I think it’s important to develop consistency and building a consistent way to reflect is powerful in changing your life.
Take this time to reflect on the week so far and how you want to finish the week.
Now’s the chance to turn the week around if it’s not going as planned.
Now’s the time to reflect on your wins and what you’ve learned so far this week.
I believe reflection is so powerful and crucial for our personal growth.
It’s most powerful when it’s a routine and my goal is to make this a routine for you.
You’ll get so much out of personal growth if you stick to it on a regular basis.
Alright with that being said, here’s five reflection questions for this week:
1) What went well this week, and what can I celebrate?
2) What challenges did I face, and how did I handle them?
3) How aligned were my actions and choices with my long-term goals or values?
4) What is something new I tried or explored this week?
5) What mindset or attitude did I carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder me?
Take the time to meditate and answer these questions.
It may take a couple of days to answer them.
Help these questions make you more self-aware during the week.
Stay positive and take action!
