It’s Thursday morning and it’s time to reflect on the week so far.
Have you noticed how fast Thursday comes around?
There are 36 Thursday’s left in 2025.
I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty crazy to me.
Take these questions seriously and make this the year you do something big.
Remember, your personal growth must be intentional, and reflection play a key role in this.
Take the time to reflect on the following questions:
1) What went well this week, and what can I celebrate?
2) What challenges did I face, and how did I handle them?
3) How aligned were my actions and choices with my long-term goals or values?
4) What is something new I tried or explored this week?
5) What mindset or attitude did I carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder me?
Let’s get after the rest of the week!
