Mid-Week Reflection: Remember Self-Compassion is Key

Happy Thursday!
Reflection is not only an important part of the healing journey, but it’s an important part of the personal growth journey.
We can learn so much from our actions if we take the time to reflect.
With that being said, it’s another Thursday already!
Remember, I’m not sending this out as a reminder of what you haven’t accomplished this year. Condemnation will do nothing for you. My goal is to get you into the habit of reflecting and making adjustments when necessary.
If you’re not where you are so far this year, that’s fine, it’s easy to get back on track and remember, self-compassion is key.
One step at a time.
There are 9 Thursdays left in 2025 and it’s time to reflect!
Take the time to reflect on the following questions:
1) What went well this week, and what can you celebrate?
2) What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them?
3) How aligned were your actions and choices with your long-term goals or values?
4) What is something new you tried or explored this week?
5) What mindset or attitude did you carry throughout the week, and did it help or hinder you?
Let’s get after the rest of the week!
