What do you do when you feel fear?
How do you handle fear?
We can change our mindset to use fear as a trigger to take action.
We can use our fear to our advantage.
When there’s fear, there’s usually opportunity for growth.
When you feel fear, take a deep breath and slow down your thinking.
Pay attention to what you’re telling yourself.
Face the fear and grow.
Stay positive and take action!
