Reflection Question of the Week
Saturday Self-Study

Reflection is powerful.
We must take the time to reflect in order to see what’s working and where we need to make adjustments.
The best way I found to do this is by sitting down with myself and answering tough questions.
You know, the questions that make you really think.
This is my goal with the Saturday Self-Study.
When I first started doing this, I had a hard time sitting there for more than two minutes with a question.
If I didn’t know the answer right away, I would get up and quit.
It takes time and practice to do this, but you can build it.
I want to provide you with a weekly question(s) that you can sit down with and work through.
With all that being said, here’s this week’s question:
1) When was the last time I stepped out of my comfort zone, and what did I learn from the experience?
2) What is the one thing I’ve been avoiding, and what would happen if I faced it head-on?
3) How do I react to stress, and what are some strategies I use to cope with it?
Alright, take the time to answer at least one of these questions, or answer all three of them.
Remember, this isn’t meant for you to sit down and have done within five minutes.
You may have to sit down with one of these questions over multiple days to really answer it.
That’s what I want you to do, really sit down with yourself and think through the question and your answer.
Stay positive and take action!
