This week I’m going to focus the reflection questions on limiting beliefs.

I believe that limiting beliefs are one of the biggest things holding us back from achieving our goals.

I went for years without being aware of my limiting beliefs or how to deal with them.

Take the time to answer these questions below to identify your limiting beliefs so you can start changing them.

1) What is holding you back from achieving what you want?

2) What story do you tell yourself about why you can’t do or have what you want?

3) What do you want to believe instead, and why?
