Reflection Questions of the Week
Saturday Self-Study

Alright, it’s Saturday and you know what that means, it means it’s time to sit down and answer the three questions I’m about to share with you below about self-awareness.
But before I give you the questions, let’s discuss self-awareness for a minute.
First off, you cannot change what you don’t acknowledge.
Another way of saying it is, if you don’t know it’s happening, you’ll never know you must change it.
This is where self-awareness comes into play.
Essentially, it’s thinking about what you’re thinking about.
It’s understanding your thoughts throughout the day and how they make you feel.
Before I could heal from my trauma caused by sexual abuse, I had to recognize all the shit that was going through my head that I wasn’t even aware of.
My mind was on autopilot, and I was going along with it.
Alright, here’s the three questions for this week:
1) What goals or dreams do you have for your future, and how can you begin to work towards them with a mindset that acknowledges your strength and resilience?
2) What small daily actions can you take to continue building a future that aligns with the person you want to become, free from the grip of past trauma?
Alright, take the time to answer these questions.
You may sit down and have the urge to get up when you can’t come up with an answer in the first few minutes but fight that urge and stick with it.
You’ll learn some important things about yourself that will help you grow.
Stay positive and take action!
Thank you for your support! I appreciate every one of you!
