Saturday Self-Study

Self-Belief

Alright, it’s Saturday and you know what that means, it means it’s time to sit down and answer the three questions I’m about to share with you below about self-belief.

Before we can cultivate self-belief, I think we must know what it means to us and what it looks like.

I believe in having a vision of what something looks like.

I believe in taking the time to visualize achieving that what it is you’re going after.

Self-belief is more than just believing in yourself.

It doesn’t just come from thinking positive, but it comes from taking action.

It comes from taking action in the face of your fears.

We cultivate self-belief each time we overcome a challenge.

Alright, here’s the three questions for this week:

1) What does self-belief mean to you personally?

2) What does self-belief look like to you?

3) When was the last time you truly felt confident in your abilities? What helped you feel that way?

Alright, take the time to answer these questions.

You may sit down and have the urge to get up when you can’t come up with an answer in the first few minutes but fight that urge and stick with it.

You’ll learn some important things about yourself that will help you grow.

Stay positive and take action!

Thank you for your support! I appreciate every one of you!
