Saturday Self-Study

I’m going to come back to self-awareness again.
I believe self-awareness is the key to changing our mindset and our lives.
We must be aware of what we’re doing before we can change it.
Self-awareness is a process.
Like any skill, it’s developed over time.
The more you do it, the better you get at it.
When you increase your level of self-awareness, you’re able to recognize what you’re doing so that you can make the necessary changes.
Here’s five self-awareness reflection questions for this week:
1) What specific change do you want to make in your life and why is it important to you?
2) What fears or doubts do you have about changing, and how can you overcome them?
3) What habits or behaviors do you need to let go of to make room for the change your desire?
4) What new habits or actions do you need to develop to support the change you want to make?
5) How will you measure your progress in making this change, and what will success look like?
These are all great questions to sit down and think about.
Becoming more aware of the behaviors and habits you don’t want to anymore and visualizing the person you want to become is a great start.
Stay positive and take action!
