Personal Growth

Personal growth doesn’t just automatically happen.

It must be intentional.

You must be intentional about setting time aside every day for personal growth.

You must be intentional about having a plan for your personal growth.

I learned a lot about being intentional about your personal growth from John Maxwell.

He goes on to say, “Growth is the great separator between those who succeed and those who do not. When I see a person beginning to separate themselves from the pack, it’s almost always due to personal growth.”

Again, it doesn’t happen by accident and is the difference between surviving or living every day.

Here’s some reflection questions for today about personal growth:

1) What are three personal goals I would like to accomplish this year?

2) In what areas of my life do I feel stuck or stagnant?

3) How have I changed over the past year?

4) When was the last time I stepped out of my comfort zone, and how did it feel?

5) What habits or mindsets do I need to change to improve my life?

Stay positive and take action!
